Looking for an extra Move Action

The Eberron campaign setting has a feat called action surge ( I think) that grants you an extra standard action by spending 2 action points. Of course, if you are'nt using action points, it won't do you much good. The aforementioned heroic surge is in D20 modern and the Dragonlance Campaign setting.

As an alternative, a magical location that grants the extra action to however is at that location and is attuned with it (takes hours of meditation, or whatever). The PCs may benefit later from the location's power, just as long they don't leave it...

Snakes Swiftness

I think the snake swiftness spell can provide someone else with an extra move action

I like this one best. It provides a sense of someplace special, and gives the characters incentive to return here.
