Looking for Epic Monk...

Anyone know of a Epic Monk (a half-human half-pseudenatural, mostly crazy monk would be perfect ) npc or pc that might be floating out there on the net? I am finding myself having to DM earlier then I thought and I need to steal an npc rather then make one this time. Well, any help would be appreciated, thanks guys!

I've actually been considering doing one for Asgard magazine, with drawings, etc... I've never published anything, but I thought it would be a good way to gauge response without involving money, lol.

Anyway, I'd love a pseudonatural monk to kick the butts of a 21st lvl adventurers; a sorcerer, ranger/druid, rogue/arcane archer, rogue and wizard. The guy will be a rogue-agent of the Garrotte (the assassin group from the ELH) that has just started his own minor organization. This poor monk was driven a bit insane by some bad contacts with the Far Realms and has foolishly decided to go rogue and head his own guilld. Anyway, so I'm thinking he needs to be around 21st-23rd with the pseudonatural template... unless you think that's just TOO nasty.

Anyway, I'd love the help, but only do it if you're bored and have the time . I don't want to put you through alot of work.

P.S.: Arravis is the name of a character I played in the 80's in a game system called Arcanum (no relation to the computer game). He was a Druas wizard for those that know the game , anyway he was later incarnated in Faerun and was my main EverQuest character and has since become my "alias" I suppose. The name came from the back of the old Lankhmar adventure book, from a random list of NPC's there. I rolled a 12 as I recall.

When you say "Half-Psuedonatural" are you refering to the "Psuedonatural" template in tome and blood? or is there a "Half-Psuedonatural" template?
