I have no experience with epic-level 4e. Highest we've gotten was 19th. However, I think I can spot an obviously bad epic-tier monster when I see one, and unfortunately, Dregoth in the DSCC is one. As written, he'll be consistently out-actioned by the party. So I took some advice from Sly Flourish's excellent Epic Handbook and rebuilt him.
I also needed to make stats for his High Templar, Mon Adderath - an immortal human and confidante of the Ravager.
I am looking for a lot of feedback on both.
Dregoth himself ... his damage may be a bit on the high side. This is intentional, and I see it as a feature, not a bug. But let me know if I got crazy. Epic tier PCs can do stuff that's just incredible, and I want to be prepared.
We'll start with Mon Adderath, though. He's designed to work well with the Templars of Dregoth from my other posts. He's intended to be a sub-boss of sorts; a unique Elite. As such he has a few condition-stomping abilities I'd normally use on a solo.
EDIT: A new version is posted a bit down.
