Dedthom said:And what would you say about Sengoku? I liked the first edition though it had a few confusing points and needs a character sheet with all the info on it. Hopefull y, the revised edition cleaned up alot of the mistakes in the writing. As far as the setting goes, Sengoku is one of the best RPGs I have seen on the subject of fuedal Japan.
Sengoku... what publisher and what system is it amde for?Sir Elton said:Sengoku is the best RPG for Feudal Japan. It is better than GURPS Japan, and that's saying a lot. The people who wrote it, however, praised the Legend of the Five Rings RPG for handling Japan in a High Fantasy way. So this means that Rokugan d20 is endorsed by Gold Rush Games. So if you want historicity, get Sengoku and convert it to d20. If you want Asian High Fantasy, go with Rokugan d20. Both are quite excellent. However, my secret plan concerning L5R is in formation now.
