Looking for ladies magical items!

Corset of Holding (The cleavage pocket is an extra-dimensional space).

LOL!
Any item which makes possible the line 'I pull a greatsword out of my clevage' gets my vote...

Meanwhile, a serious suggestion - you could make magical perfume which has a lot of subtle effects on the wearer or those other than him who inhale it charm/non-detection/mind-altering type of effects all come to mind as plausible. Course, this assumes you run an interaction-heavy game as such a thing would be nigh-useless in a dungeon where NPCs aren't going to be in a position to check out your perfume.

Love the bikini idea.

The female rogue character I'm currently playing has these:

VEIL
+10 to CHA once/day for 5 mins/level
grants LOWLIGHT VISION for 4 hours (must be recharged by being in normal light for 4 hours)

SLIPPERS
pretty & stylish, but do the work of sturdy boots; grant +5 to MOVE SILENTLY

How about a bottle of courvoisier +4 of seduction and butt massage oil +4 of slipperiness.... damn you were asking for ladies' magical items not ladies man magical items

Some excellent suggestions. And no, the male player's aren't "feminine", half my group are actual women :). And I do agree that these "ladies" items don't need to be sex-related.

Mind you, I am quite clueless when it comes to women, but let's look at some of the common issues:

Equality: Gloves of jar opening! Seriously, if I were a woman, I'd want items that would close the gap when it comes to physical strength, but I suspect a lady would do it with style and grace. Perhaps earings of strength, bodice of might, etc. What other "inequality" issues exist... well I'm treading on uneven ground so I'll avoid the issue ;).

Beauty: Combs that detangle as was mentioned earlier, perhaps a brush that will mold hair into any style you wish could be pretty cool. Dresses that add to charisma, lockets that cast Alter Self. Cloths that glow faintly in darkness, or "mood" cloth. Potions that are in the form of perfumes could be great. Hair dying items could be damn cool as well :).

Hygene: Without getting gross, I'm sure they'll be items for some of their special needs but I'll not be crude enough to detail them in here or even bring them up in game. Now, hygene items that prevent sweat, or that perhaps change sweat into perfume and such could be nice. An item that casts the Clean cantrip would be wonderful (for anyone regardless of sex).

Leisure/Entertainment: Damn... what DO women do for entertainment and leisure that men aren't as likely to... I'm drawing a blank on this one. Yikes I'm clueless. Dancing or ice skating perhaps, items that would enhance such skills.

General: Items that cast Mend, for torn dresses, etc. Perhaps a Telekineses item that let you re-arrange furniture.

Anyway, sorry if the above is pretty clueless. Ticks me off that most of the items I can think of are basicly based on the concept of "pleasing men", ugh. Any ladies out there have suggestions?

Just make sure that you're giving the men in the group non-combat items as well. I know I'd be pretty upset if I got a brush that did my hair, or a mirror that changes my appearance and one of the guys got a good weapon or armor that is more useful in game especially if we're both playing fighters.

It depends on what kind of character is being played, I prefer items that enhance the class abilities, be it conversational interaction, or combat, or spellcasting. Reguardless of the gender of my character I want whatever I have as magic goodies to be something I would use.

Be less interested in them as women and more as players. I would say have the group write down a list of items that they would like to have/find. I had a DM that did that once. Nothing that was on teh lists was ever found in the game, but similar items were found, and the DM had an idea of what we wanted and could tailor the goodies to our tastes.

If all else fails, make avaliable in town someone who can create special order magic items and give them a little extra money instead of magic goodies and let them decide what they want themselves.

Just some ideas from a female player :)
Lady Starhawk

I LOVE the corset of holding idea...I think I'm going to have to figure out how to get one of those for all my female characters, you could put weapons, wands, thief tools, anything in there ;)

I've given out combs of beauty imc (+2 enhancement bonus to cha once per day; lasts 1 hour). Perfumes could also act as any of the buffers (bull's strength, etc.); how about magic makeup (+10 to disguise?) For that matter how about this:

Accursed Makeup- This makeup is suitable for either disguising oneself or for gussying up. A single application lasts for 1d4 hours and grants the user a +10 circumstance bonus to disguise and diplomacy checks. However, every time the accursed makeup is used there is a 25% chance the user will suffer one point of permanent charisma damage. All lost charisma points are restored while the makeup is worn, but other than that a wish or miracle is required to restore them.

Wow. Everyone likes the corset of holding. :)

Well, it could be doubled in a bra of holding. So that it's wearable with any outfit. Or...

A 'Bag of Holding' that is like a neck pouch. It has a string to go around one's neck, and tucks between the breasts. Then, 'molds' to the skin, or basicly sorta melts into it, so that the only evidence of it's existance is a slight flap of material between the breasts, where you can open it up, and reach in. And, there'd be an indention on the back of the neck, where you could lift it out.

***Just make sure that you're giving the men in the group non-combat items as well.***

I'm very careful not to talk down to them, treat them like a masogonist, or any BS. They are happy with my DMing and I'm just looking for ways to improve their experience. It was actually one of the girls that brought up the lack of "ladies" items in the DMG. I am simply trying to fill a demand for a product. Any time I add in a "ladies" style item, they gobble it up. I am very careful not to add items that bilittle, demean or promote bad stereotypes. I'm just trying to make sure they have fun at my game and don't feel like second class citizens. I don't exclude weapons/armor etc, especially since the tanks are the girls and the finger-wagglers are the guys, lol.

Now, regardless of stereotyping or not, the reality of the gaming table is that the girls at my table tend to like gaming in a different way from the guys. They love shopping, stereotype or not, it's the reality of it. Stuff like this; http://enworld.cyberstreet.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=13682
are a huge hit.

I know how to effectively and thuroughly entertain male players at a gaming table, but female players I don't have a total handle on and that's what I'm trying to do :). Sorry if I come across a bit defensively, but I'm careful to avoid making my players feel uncomfortable.

How about an article of clothing that made the wearer always seemed better dressed than anyone she stood beside?

What would happen if two of those outfits ended up side by side? Would it be like a bag of holding and a portable hole? BOOM!!!?
