If you want to work with gender stereotypes, take a look at children's toys and kids' hobbies for inspiration. Little boys want toy weapons and tools, or toy soldiers and construction workers, and they enjoy climbing trees, stalking "prey", pretending to kill things, and learning to build things. Little girls want to take care of things (children and animals), learn secrets about each other, and look pretty.
Perhaps the female equivalent of magic weaponry would be a scrying mirror, or a magic pet, or, of course, any kind of magic jewelry or clothing.

Well, let me try to reconstruct it.

(March Astor`s) Beauty Case:
This Beauty Case was especially magical enhanced to extend the options and the beauty of female users.
Male using this item suffer a -4 enhancement penalty to Charisma.
Using it as a regular Beaty Case (which requires at least 1d10 minutes per day) grants the woman a +2 enhancement bonus to charisma. Be aware that the colors used don`t go away if the woman doesn`t wish so, so even water has no effect to it.
The Beauty Case does also include three special items, that grant additional options.
o La Rouge d´admiration
If the woman uses this lip stick, she gains a special power:
Once per day she may attempt to kiss a male humanoid (if he is unwilling, she must make a melee touch attack in a situation where he is flat-footed or otherwise unable to react, but not unconsiousnous). If she does, the male does immediatly fall in a "true", deep love with her. This is a curse and can only be removed by a wish or miracle, or if the woman is willing to break it and kisses the male again. (Be aware that the male will never break the curse itself, even if he has access to a wish or miracle)
The woman can only curse (Charisma Modifier) males.
o La Violette d`affection
This color ("Lidschaden", don`t know the english world) allows, properly used, the woman to make a gaze attack as a standard action. The target must make a Will Save DC 14(+Charisma Modifer) or becomes charmed for 1 hour.
o La mirroir de souci et jalousie
This mirror allows the woman to scry on targets she has cursed with "La Rouge d´admiration" or close friends and relatives.
Unlike usual, it is impossible to cast spells through this mirror.
This power does only once per day for up to one hour a day.

In the group I game with one of our players is playing a male character who cross dresses as a female and acts female. Even took skills that help with bluff, etc. She (all the characters think he is a she) is always acting extra feminine. Every town we go to she asks for a shop that sells face paint. She would love some of the items mentioned here. I do agree with one Lady who suggested that the ultra femmes in your group should get a balane of useful items as well. Also, maybe some flavor items for your other charaters. A sheath that removes grime and gore when you put your sword in it for the fighter. Always has a sword in nice repair. Maybe it even has the mending spell in it? Things that won't affect your game, but might become prize possessions of the character. Heh, yeah it's a fluff thing. Enjoy your game.
