Real poisons are generally not good ideas. Several are far too effective for how little difficulty is entailed in acquiring them.

I think they should be included. It is ultimately up to the DM whether to include them or not. I would also like to see rules for real world diseases and illnesses.

I believe the Assasin's Handbook by Green Ronin, or Poisoncraft by... I have no idea, both have such stats. I have no idea how good or comprehensive the rules are, though.

You can get Poisoncraft online.

Edit: Browing the site, Toxicant seems JUST what you are looking for, BTW.

Don't know a good free resource.
