I don't know about a d20 version, but there was a box set from Decipher that used a version of their new rules (Star Trek RPG) out about 4-5 months ago, I think it had a map in it. Hope this helps.
 

There is also a ME conversion site hosted by ENWorld (linked from the main page), though I am not aware that it features a map. I don't think that there is an official d20 ME game right now, though the map coming with the original MERP was pretty good, IMO. I haven't seen the new ME RPG yet that was released to go with the movies but AFAIK, it is not d20.

Decipher's system

Decipher is releasing their LOTR roleplaying game at GenCon. I just read about it on their website:

What came out 4-5 months ago was the Adventure Game, which featured a stripped down version of the rpg rules, suitable for beginning roleplayers.

The Decipher RPG is not D20, but there is a large group of LOTR enthusiasts creating new Middle Earth content suitable for D&D 3E. Check out:
