What Property Do You Still Want to See Get a TTRPG Adaptation

FYI there is a huge Incal/Metabarons bundle available right now.
I just got the bundle & I'm reading the series for the 1st time. I've started with Before the Incals, which at 3 volumes in has been fun.
I have no idea whether that series is a good place to start exloring the verse - is it?

I agree that this would be a fun verse to run a TTRPG campaign in. Other than what I'm reading, I've browsed some of the other series and haven't seen anything that couldn't be adapted to a number of the universal TTRPGs I own; i.e. Fate Core, SWADE+SFC, Cepheus Engine, Mythras+M Space, Cortex Prime, True20.

So, I don't know if I'd be willing to fork out the $ for an offical adaptation, as homebrewing an adaptation doesn't seem too challenging. But maybe that will change once I've read more of the series?

if it doesn't exist already, i think a pokemon TTRPG would hold alot of potential, i've seen a few thumbnails on youtube of 'pokemon DnD' though i don't think they were official (i never actually watched those videos), i mean, the mystery dungeon sideseries seems almost designed for converting to a tabletop adaptation.

It seems weird that there are so many potentially cool D&D things based on Nintendo properties and none of them have happened.

I would bet that either a Zelda or Pokémon game would break every Kickstarter record.

I would love to see Sebastien de Castell's Greatcoats world as an RPG. It starts off as a Three Musketeers inspired world and ends as a story of saints and gods. Such a great series of books, but very dark at places.

Bill Willingham’s Elementals, done from the outset as a mix of supers, epic fantasy, and horror. It’s not going to happen, the rights are in an utterly hopeless mess and he moved on to other concepts long ago. It’s just that I still want it.

The rights are all in order for Matt Wagner’s Grendel and Mage settings, but it would be hard to pull the player-driven possibilities out. easier with Mage, which is basically a Scion setting.

I haven't looked at it closely, but there is a class in Ryoko's Guide to the Yokai Realms called the Tamer class. One of their class features is called Pocket Familiar. ;)
