According to the Scribe Scroll feat, it takes 1 day to create a scroll for every 1000gp of the scroll's cost. What if the scroll is worth less than 1000gp? For instance, a 1st level spell (i.e. Magic Missle) scribed as a scroll by a first level wizard has a cost of 25gp (1 x 1 x 25). Surely the wizard cannot scribe 40 of these scrolls a day, can he (40 x 25 = 1000)? I had assumed it was a minimum of 1 day/scroll but am curious if this is in fact the case. Any thoughts?
