Yeah, but if you're willing to multiclass and you've got the Charisma to be a sorcerer, you're aguably better off being a paladin (if you can take their code) or a Marshall (if the DM allows them). Marshall gives +2 Will save, plus you can take the minor aura that lets you add your Charisma bonus to the whole party's Will saves.

If anyone has a 10 Wis, I would recommend one level of Cleric. Luck Domain and a +2 to Will/Fort, plus access to minor spells and wands is a good deal for someone have Will svae problems. It is well worth picking up a +1 or +2 Wis enchancement item to pull this off.
