Lowest ECL Outsider?

CAn anyone tell me what a few low ECL outsiders are that have an alignment subtype of Evil?

Dretch at 2hd +2 LA is the lowest I found
or petitoner 2hd from MoP no LA given (+1? they have a lot of limitations)
Quasits and Imps are all CR 2 HD 3, with no LA given (?+3 as guess)

From memory the Protector from the MiniHB is only something like 2HD with +2LA for basically a guy with wings and a couple of SLAs per day.

Oh, just also remembered they are of the good subtype.

along the same lines...are there ECL's for the Powerful Races (Janni, Hound Archon, etc) in the Planar Handbook? It didn't look like it. All I did find was that you had to run the template levels before starting class levels.

Kaorti form the Fiend Folio at 2HD +2 LA are an interesting choice, and have alot more 'character' than dretch. Quasits are fun but being tiny and having no reach can really mess things up (especialy if like me you're playing a quasit rogue and realise you can't flank)

Doh. they were only the main villain of my last campaign, why would I remember them?

but careful they have a +2 ECL kicker if playing a sorcercer.
something about + 4 dex, +6 Chr
and yet no modification for wizard (+4int)

ECL Kicker? They DO that?! Wow, what a concept.. I wonder if a LA kicker would ever be in order... Could you do that, too?
