Lycanthrope NPCs

I have a game coming up on Saturday and am a little pressed for time. I am hoping I can appeal to my fellow enworlders for a little help in getting ready.

The Adventure made simple:
The PCs (4 member 6th level party) are drawn in by a letter from a were bear skald who seeks aid finding his missing sister (a member of the same organization as the PCs), but written in the name of his father, who also happens to be the clan chief. The father resents their arrival, but will accept their aid so long as they follow his lead, all out war against the rival clan of werewolves. The son believes his father's plan will only jeapodize his sister and asks the PCs to travel with him via a narrow mountain pass to get ahead of his father's fighting band and infiltrate their enemies strong hold to attempt a rescue. In addition to hazards along the way (using Frostfell) the PCs encounter the werewolf shaman who guards the clan's lair with the aid of a Winter Wolf and some younger members of the tribe left behind. What no one knows until it is too late is that clan has been co-opted by an elemental being known as the Ice Maiden (stat wise a medusa with prehenisle hair in place of snakes and the ability to turn people to ice rather than stone) who seeks an anceint magic sealed within the cave complex.

I would greatly appreciate stats for the following:

Werebear Clansmen - I figure the MM will work for this, but if someone has a better idea...
The Werebear chieftan - preferably not above a ECL of 7 or 8
A werebear skald - a bard or savage bard
Werewolf Clansmen
Werewolf Elite- most likely rangers
The Werewolf Shaman - a spellcaster of somekind preferably not above a ECL of 7 or 8 , the easier to run the better and in that regard I am prone to think Sorc.

I want to have stats ready for the werebears in case the PCs
a) decide to join them in a great melee with the wovles
b) offend one of them and get challanged to a fight
c) do follow the most likely course and have the werebear bard as an NPC during the majority of the adventure.

If anyone can help be get these together, or direct me to resources on the net or in print (I have most of Wizard's non-Realms books and almost all 3.x Dungeon mags), or has something already done for their own games (I figure this scenario can't be that unique) that would be great.

Thanks ahead of time.
