Shapechanger Casting, perhaps? Anyone with the shapechanger subtype can cast in any of their animate forms.

although changeling (or whatever) wiz/sorcs could exploit polymorph...

makes sense to some extent though.

This is tangential, but are there any feats that'd allow normal speaking while in another form (be it a wildshape, a lycanthropic form, etc.)? I don't mean to others of that same kind, but rather lets you speak normally, such as speaking Common while in the form of a wolf. Anything like that out there?
