Lady Rasputina Drives for safety, and avoids most of the attack's force.

And

Seif attempts to impale Lady Grigorieva with the Sword of Qssim....only to harmlessly shove her back several feet.

I'm a bit confused about the lady's position in all this. From the first quote I assumed she'd gotten into her car and driven off a ways, then turned back around and oppened fire on Seif as she drove towards him, hence the description in my post. Now though...

EDIT= I will be mostly incommunicado monday, tuesday and wednesday of this week as we're running a property visit way off in Temiscaming.

Mentally I saw the situation like this:

At the begining her car was in the center of the road drivers side away from the road block. She was standing with her foot in the car.

She dove to the side when the car was hit (at the same time the car spun around). She was attacked by seif then dove for cover behind the car.

Sahid then attacked with the water blast (she had cover) and ended up pushing her car enough that she was forced out of cover (again).

Being out of cover, Aeaxeos then deezy were able to attack her attacked). She got hit, made she speach then tried to attack Seif before running back into cover (and trying to get into the car).

At that point seif gives chase and leapt ontop of the car and attacked her through the roof (at an angle). Instead of pinning her, the telescopic blade shoves her back out of cover and into the open. ;D

Alright, but when I tell the story to my grandchildren she avoided the blow by tumbling out the driver-side door, leaving Seif in a driverless vehicle headed for a meeting with a nearby wall/crawler (her next attack, I would think). Deal? :D

I really have been hand waving that rule since I interpret the move action to apply to giving detailed/complicated orders. That said, I imagine what has been happening is that Seif been giving out general orders (ie "Go there do, stuff!") as a free action, only to have Lord Burroughmeister actually give out full instructions on how to carry out those general orders as an off camera move action.

Makes sense, and certainly works for me! :) Thanks Relique. Edited my last post to reflect this.
