Just have to say, what's happening here is really funny and seems like something you would see in a movie, comicbook or anime. All that's missing is the guy saying "Excuse me, but can you finish rescuing me?" Then having everyone turn to him to yell "Shut Up!" :D

hehe. Poor guy. Finally thought he was safe, then found out his rescuers are a bunch of in-fighting crazies. :)

On the upside, I think Brian, with some large metal help from Deezy, may have managed to talk his way out of being skewered, so that's nice. :)

Meh, you were never in danger of being skewered. Seif was going to go for a head-slicing move instead. ;)

By the by, I'll be moving to a new locale tomorrow and they're having internet problems right now. Might be fixed tomorrow, might not go until monday (or even later, technical problems being what they are). So I'm hoping I'm wrong, but I *might* be offline for a few days, folks.

Let me take a moment to say figuring out the configuration of those funiculars was a pain in the but and I still think I made them impractical due to their having a passenger cabin.

I'm starting to think my original idea of the turn table/sliding platforms being placed in front of the lower rail and the middle ascending one made more sense when what I wrote (less catastrophic accidents that way). So don't pay too much attention to the description of those rail cars nor the station. Also ignore the fact that it would have made more sense for Muro (who was hinted as having an airship) to put those rail cars in a locked possition at each of the upper landings. ;)

But you have to admit, the amount of technical skill required to keep such a daunting system up an running would be astonishing even by modern standards.
