He twitches his antennas, trying to sense more...

			J'onn's nine senses would be helpful know... where are the others?

Dre has also 'touch' with a reach of 'ranged' in this form, described as feeling the shifts and vibrations in the air. Is simething invisible in the room? Is the Riddler breathing? Are the hostages really here?

[sblock=Dre]Yep, the hostages are there, and are not holograms. You've never met the Riddler, so you're not sure how to base your comparison off him (ie: I can't tell you if he's not who he appears to be, as you've no baseline for him). He's breathing.[/sblock]

Batgirl gets down to the 10ft. level just as the others make their way to the hole.

As she does so, a resounding voice begins to speak.

To be or not to be. I believe that's your geist, eh? You think you're so clever, with your conspiracy theories, but you still haven't stumbled on the answer to my little game. To be or not to be, indeed!

The Riddler walked down the rubble pile towards the hostages, putting his foot on the Question's back.

You're insane Perry White growled. You can't possibly think you'll get away with this. You're way out of your league: Superman isn't just another vigilante. The Daily Planet can't be bent to your will, and I won't let you print your lies in my paper! Why not give up now, Nigma? What do you have to gain when Superman will clearly come for us?

Superman? I'm counting on it! Only he could have any chance of foiling my angry exposition. Gotham is passe, I've moved on. Today the Planet, tomorrow the World!

			Yeah... this whole thing been stinking since the very start.

"Riddler might not be himself... but the hostages are real enough. Echo..." She spoke lowly into her communicator while a hand produced a few smoke bomb pellets. "Give me the signal and I'll lay down some smoke, allow the rest of you to take down Nigma and his bears while I help clear the hostages."

Echo thought for a second. Alternative plans ran through her mind and were discarded. Surprise was the best way to get the hostages clear, and that was the primary directive.

"Batgirl, affirmative. Primary objective is safety of hostages. Apprehension of Riddler and his cohorts is a close second. Solaris and I will reinforce if things turn against you, or if this is a trap of some kind."

"Commence when ready, Batgirl."

			I hope Batgirl's going to be alright... still, with everyone there, at least Jimmy & Mr White should make it out of this ok.

Dre waits on Batgirl's shoulder for her signal, ready to jump down in his rockman form. If it's infravision is blocked by the Batgirl's smoke he will shift further to his chameleon cat form, trying to protect the hostages.

OOC: Here goes nothing... 26? I can dig that. Also,sense the villians are unaware of Batgirl's (or the others) presence, wouldn't this qualify as a surprise round?
