Somac: Male Human Bbn1

Somac readies his things and prepares to follow Charlarn down to the dungeons. A little shiver goes through him as he thinks of the foul undead down there. But he steels himself, reminding himself that the unknown is always more terrifying than the known. Surely whatever is down there can't be as awful as he imagines it...can it?

Somac eyes Tenebrynn's wound. If Charlarn does not offer a healing spell, Somac will offer his own potion. He had hoped to keep it for an emergency, but the emergencies could come fast and furious if the party is not healthy going down into the dungeons.

OOC: OK. Nurlan is at full HPs in the morning. I had neglected to record the CLW spell Charlyn cast upon him in my battle notes. Is the party heading to the dungeon door now? Will you check the bodies or cut off ears or anything else before you head in? Any directions for the goblin captives?

After finishing flipping through the small number of spells, and preparing a number of them, Ashnar announces that he is ready to go to the dungeons.

After waking up, Rinaldo fit his armor, put his buckler on his arm, leaving both his crossbow and rapier sheated. He take some rations and adds some spices to them, as they always lack taste.

"Some want spices?"

Once everyone have eaten and the group is about to leave, Rinaldo say:

"Before starting to search beyond those stairs we have seen yesterday before going here, I suggest to just look around on the ground floor, to make sure nothing will block our way back if we have to retreat from the other floor. There is a few places we havn't seen yet. I doubt we will find anything about our lost friend, but we should first make sure we can get her out safely, and us too."

Tor had thought someone more skilled at searching would check the bodies, but if no one else will accompany him he will do so himself. He'll leave the ears unless someone more familiar with the bounty says not to.

Day 3

Sorry for the delay - I wasn't sure what the plan was. It looks like you'll have a look around first before venturing into the dungeon.

The rest of the ground floor reveals no dangers nor significant treasures. Numerous weapons are found, both for small and medium characters. Several good quality glaives, heavy and light crossbows, quivers of arrows and bolts, scimitars, composite bows are available if anyone wants them.

None of the bodies carry gold or jewlry. The bugbear's armor is MW studded leather with clever straps, making it available for any medium sized PC. After some testing his bow is determined to be a MW mighty +2 composite longbow.

The door to the dungeon is made of sturdy oak, with steel bands. It appears to be barred from the other side.

Unless someone else wants the Masterwork mighty composite longbow (+2 Str), Tor will collect that and 40 arrows.

Also, if Tor comes across a Medium size spiked chain, he'll take it as a spare in case his weapon is lost or broken.

Is the door well built, or might it be possible to insert something long and thin so as to topple the bar?
