[Mac] Gaming pads?

Well, my Ideazon Fang should arrive today and I'll be testing it with ControllerMate. The idea is to have a better setup for World of Warcraft. USB Overdrive has helped in that regard already, as it's let me set up warrior stances on my logitech MX1000 thumb buttons.

I'll report my findings.

Here are the findings! The Fang control pad is bigger than I expected from the pictures online, but that's okay. It doesn't work with my Mac at all out of the box, ControllerMate is required to program it.

ControllerMate has a learning curve. For example some buttons are defaulted to weird settings and need to have the defaults disabled. Then you have to program them with ControllerMate. It took a while to figure it out, but after reading through the quality Help guide, it's pretty easy to do.

I wanted this for World of Warcraft, and so far I'm very pleased. My Warrior's abilities are all much closer to the movement keys than before, and I've got easy-to-hit buttons to change stances. Very cool! The pad is comfortable and easy to use once programmed properly.
