Ok, What would be the prices for the following Bows? Bow type included as $$$

1 ~ Bow with Arrow Mind spell as Permanent Effect

2 ~ Bow With Arrow Storm permanent Effect

3 ~ With Both Arrow Mind and Arrow Storm permanent effects

Also with Arrow Storm if all targets were within 30' and all flat-footed would you get sneak atk on all attacks?

The base price for a continual spell effect action is in the dmg and srd.

Spell level x Caster level x 2,000 gp

Also if a continuous item has an effect based on a spell with a duration measured in rounds, multiply the cost by 4. If the duration of the spell is 1 minute/level, multiply the cost by 2, and if the duration is 10 minutes/level, multiply the cost by 1.5. If the spell has a 24-hour duration or greater, divide the cost in half.

1) Arrow Mind is a 1st level spell and so would only require a 1st level caster
1x1x2,000 = 2,000. IIRC Arrow mind is 1min/lvl (really not sure about this) so that would be multiplied by 2, for a total of 4,000.

2) IIRC Arrow Storm is a 4th lv spell and thus would require a caster level of 7.
4x7x2,000 = 56,000. However, I think it is in rnds/lvl? (Again really not sure). So you would quadruple that base price or 224,000.

3) If you are placing multiple such enchantments on an item you multiply the less expensive effect by n and add it to the cost of the more expensive effect. What you multiply it by depends on how "similar" the effects are. In this case though, the first effect is so much less expensive that what ever it is doesn't really matter that much.

Plus of course the MW bow costs. That's in the PHB.

Those prices are a guideline, at the outside best.

The two spells you asked about would work in a use-activated magic item IMC about as well as True Strike; that is, not at all. Arrow Mind isn't too bad, but Arrow Storm (4th level, 1 round duration) is far too silly to be doing every round IMHO.

Your right about the min/lvl and rnd/lvl parts.

So any bow with Arrow mind perm has a cots of = to 4,000+$$$

Any bow with arrow storm perm has cost of = to 224,000+$$$

And both = 224,000+$$$+(4,000x@) where @ depends on how similar the effects are...

I was just wondering what the cost would be.....I was thinking of getting the cost then further multiply it by about 5 for the sheer power of the item...

At a price of 224,000 for just the Arrow Storm ability, I don't think you need to multiply the cost of the item by anything more. If you are getting substantially above a price of 200k you are getting into epic magic item prices.

I would do the Arrow Storm as a X uses per Day sort of thing, it makes more sense that way. For that you divide the cost by 5 and then multiply by the number of uses per day. So a Arrow Storm 3x/day it would only run you 134,400.

Actually the price for an Arrow Storm 3/day item would only be 4 x 7 x 1,800gp (use-activated) x 3 / 5 = 30,240gp because the cost multiplier for constant items would not count here.

Indeed; the DM has the final say over items and item pricing. You might want to talk to your DM if you are not the DM yourself.
