D&D General Magic guns against "realistic firearms".

The original 3.5e Eberron had the concept of "wandslingers", low-level magic adepts armed with mass-produced wands, serving the same purpose as riflemen in a real-world army. These days you could achieve much the same effect with a bunch of NPCs with the Magic Initiate feat.

Guns are less useful when you need to shoot someone 10 times to kill them, and you only have time to shoot them twice before they run up close to you and start bashing you with a sword in a way that makes it hard for you to shoot them again.
okay...except i can say that about any ranged weapon in dnd, and nobody complains about crossbows making no sense.

@LuisCarlos17f Again, I’m closing this thread. This is not the site to post your AI content, and we are not interested in being a hosting service for people’s AI slop. We’re interested in your content, but we are not interested in Grok’s content. I thought you’d get the hint last time. I hope you get it this time. Thread closed.

Folks, please do not start threads to show off your AI slop. This is a site by humans for humans. I’m sure you can find plenty of other places to post AI slop, but not this place.

We have one (1) thread where people are posting AI slop. The slop can stay in that thread, please, so people can easily avoid it. The humans can have the rest of the site.
