Magic Item Creation In Need Quick

First Post
All right. Now, I'm not familiar with the magical item creation feats, so, I need some assistance. Now, creating items costs less then Buying them, yes?

Wondrous items can be created for a different slot, for the same amount of cash. The ones in the DMG are just the most common. Now, how much would these items cost to Create:

Belt of Natural Armor +1 or +2. +1 is 2,000, +2 is 8,000.

Bracers of Karma. A bead of Karma costs 5,500.

Quick question: Now, how much would a 3 times per day wondrous item cost, with a 4th level spell? I'm thinking of a Helmet of Blindsight, casting 4th level Blindsight 3 times per day.

I need to have this in by the end of the day, so quick responses are quite appreciated. Thanks in advance!

First, I presume this item is activated by a command word, so that:

Command word: Spell level x caster level x 1,800 gp

or

4 x 7 x 1800 = 50,400

Now we apply the charges:

Charges per day: Divide by (5 divided by charges per day)

50,400/(5/3) = (50,400*3)/5 = 30,240

Whew!

[Edited] It lasts 1/hour per level, so that it will take a standard action to activate it and will last 7 hours.

There you have it.

edit: Costs 15,240 gp and 1,209 exp pts. to make it yourself. Also, it would take 30 days.

Half of the listed market price, then 1/25th of that half in XP.

Nope. 1/2 of the the market price in gp and 1/25th of the market price in experience points.

(Not 1/25th of the gp creation cost)

Edit: or, more accurately, from the SRD:

Base creation costs for items are always half of the base price in gp and 1/25 of the base price in XP. For most items, the market price equals the base price.
