I have no magic item shows pe ser. I do have healing potions of various strengths purchasable in limited quantities based on the size of the religions organizations around, and a random selection of scrolls and/or "pay-to-copy from spellbook" if there is a wizard establishment, again based on size.

Anything else is often an event, like an auction in a major city where they can attempt to get items and also sell their own. But that would be a set list of specific items.

In my former homebrew Common, and scrolls could be found in Ye Olde Magic Shop. Other items could be "bought" by a secure method. No I not telling you what method You evil Winged Cat because you would want to stage a heist like my rant rant about 1 E group. As I was saying, if I thought is was needed your pc could put up X GP for Y magic items.

Something I added in since I last posted in this thread was a magical tattooist as part of the halfling carnival that travels around a kingdom. I'm pretty sure I gave them access to all uncommon tattoos and a couple of rare ones.
