Magic items in found treasure

I try to include more items with charges. Instead of a 'ring of invisibility' that can be used at will, they'll find a ring with x number of charges. It makes them appreciate the magic, and it makes them use things tactically/strategically, instead of saying 'ok, the rogue puts on the ring of invisibility and scouts ahead' every day.

Also, try sundering the occasional weapon. Then maybe your players will leave a decent magical sword hanging above the fireplace for emergencies instead of just junking it.
