Magic Jar

Some quick questions about this spell:

1. Can you cast spells while occupying a host?
2. While the host is imprisoned in the "jar", are they conscious? Are they aware of their surroundings?
3. While possessing a body, is it essentially like remote controlling it? If so, can you do something detrimental, say, like jumping off a cliff?
