Magical Candies?

Oooo. Brainstorm.

A small adventure in which a wizard accidently spills a group of potions in his lab but before he can return with a mop the ants get to it. Hilarity and violence ensues.

what is more rb, ants or roaches? if they bite soemone can you add a spiderman character to your world?

ooooh! mosters that can kill you but can also give you powers!

"one bite froma genospider can kill you, or give the power to walk on walls" fort sv the poison, and if oyu make it you can walk on walls or whatever appropriate for x days....

or, do it the opposite, if oyu fail your fort save ou have 3,4,5 days, whatever, to get a divine spell of high level cast on you BUT while oyu have the sickness you ahev the power. so gettign cured and saving oyur life ends it.

rb and fun :)

Remind me to avoid the geno-rot grubs ;)

I second the motion of using Brew Potion as the requirement for magical candies. The (slim) advantage of holding it in your mouth for a few rounds is balanced by the fact that it would disrupt spellcasting, I'd think.

Storywise, sounds like a great idea. Been reading Harry Potter lately, anyone?

Actually just planning for my game iwth my 6 and 7 year old sons.

Having given it some thought I have just about decided to go the new feat route. for one thing I want it to be a "lost art" of the elves and if anyone with a simple brew potion feat could do it then why is it lost?

I like this idea but would have the cost 1.5 X greater, I mean a rogue with an invis candy *pops* one and tries to backstab an opponet, then withdraws and bites the candy-invisible...I like that scenario.

Call 'em Jolly Rangers instead of Jolly Ranchers

:p

You know there is a certain product by Mystic Eye Games that involved a spell for hiding objects in a candy...

Now which product was that?

just give it an expiration date, and a susceptibility to heat and bugs :)

the advantages could easily be balanced (imho) buy the fact that candy isn't to durable.

the fighter getting fireballed only to find his bull strength candies melted ahs a certain RB charm :)

Melts in your mouth, not your HHH :D
