Ok, here's something I didn't expect. Rumor has it, (from Dark Horizons) that Twentieth Century Fox want to do a Magneto spin-off.

Not sure how reliable 'Variety' is.....

A movie with this story line doen't seem that weird a thought. Show him growing up and the great friendship that evolved with Professor X. It would have the dark points, the struggle, but ends on a semi happy note. Or it could do all that but then go into the seperation between him and Professor X.
It could have potential, but I'll wait to see if anything else gets said....
