Heck, I did a Magnum PI/D&D crossover back in first edition days, when Magnum was still making new seasons.

Then Buddhist temples in the jungles of 'Nam are a good place for a gate. If you don't know how to activate them, I'm sure Higgins has a cousin who knows . . .
