I decided to use "Miracle" for a character to cast Permanency a number of time (paying the XP cost as usual,of course).
I have a few questions:
1. Since I cast these spells at 18th level, only a 19th level or higher caster can dispel them (just an observation, the questions are coming up!), at DC 29 (11 + Spell Caster's level).
2. The spell level does not matter, only the caster level, right?
3. Any way to make it harder to dispel? Perhaps a feat? All 3.5e books are available, plus all Forgotten Realms books.
Spell Focus only affects Save DCs. Is there some other feat that affects the DC vs. Dispel Magic? I'd like my permanent spells to be a little more, well, permanent.
4. Have any cleric spells been declared available for permanency by WotC (FAQ, maybe?).
