Thanks for the great link. It's actually pretty eye-opening. I'm not about to tinker with the game just yet, but if I do recognize degradations and disparities like what's talked about there I will make the appropriate alterations.

I'm not entirely certain why my parties haven't been affected yet. I have implemented several house rules, and I give my players a Paragon version of themes that I call mantles, but none of it caters to better attacks or NAD. There is improved resistances and even immunities through about, though, so maybe that extra bit is enough.
