So malenti look just like sea elves, but their sahuagin background gives them a -2 penalty ot charisma. Is that actually the case for malenti? Should they have a normal charisma bonus?
According to the MM entry they're identical to sahuagin, apart from their swim speed. Since they're not actually aquatic elves but sahuagin, I guess it stands to reason that they should be treated as such. If one considers Charisma to be 'personality' then living and abiding in sahuagin society should incur the same penalties.
