I'm shooting for tomorrow or Monday. I feel like I'm sorta being a dick to Sollir Furryfoot, but I wanna play! :D
There's no reason he can't start after us is there? Once he's ready he can play. There's no reason the rest of us have to wait if we all are ready.
There's nothing wrong with that. if anything it's wrong of Sollir to make the rest of us wait. But I don't actualy blame him... life happens.

Hear, hear!, The needs of the many outweight the needs of the few!
That said it'll be a busy weekend for me, got a paper to write.

Won't stop me from checking the boards altogether though!

Cheers,

Sorry for the huge delay I had in making my character's background (I've edited it in already). I have been busy, but that's no excuse for the amount of time it took me, it really wouldn't have been your fault if you started the game earlier. However, I'm excited to see this game started, though, and I'll be able to post just fine I think.

As for my character's background, it's pretty short. I wasn't able to find too much info on Chinese in the West, so I had to use google, but I'll see if I can find out more and then lengthen my character's background a bit more with it.

So far I found these two sites to hold moderate amounts of interesting info on the Chinese at that time:

Hello, hello, hello, is there anybody in here?
Cofcofcofcofbumpcofcof.

Only 'cos the thread was on the third page and I felt sorry for it!

Hahahaha. I'm working on it, I promise! :D I've got a storyboard of the in media res scene done, so I should be posting a write-up either tonight, or this weekend. I f'ing PROMISE.

I've been so busy this week, every night I get home at 10:00pm EST -- earliest.

BUT DAMMIT. WE WILL HAVE GAME SOON.

Keep drooling. Especially because I got the Kill Bill soundtrack for inspiration (which, with it's mix of Asian and Western influence, is perfect for this game).
