Many Shot + Haste?

Say a 20th Level fighter is using many shot while hasted. Would he get the many shot (4 Arrows, 1 roll) and then one more attack (1 arrow), or would he get another many shot (4 Arrows, 1 roll again). I ask because Manyshot is only a standard action, and haste grants a partial action...which way is it?

As a general rule, you can do as much with a partial action as you can with a standard action, minus a move.

With Haste, you can indeed make two Manyshots.

The problem with Manyshot arises when you try to use it with Shot on the Run, which explicitly allows only an attack action, not a standard (or partial) action.
