Gain 1 Warlord Class Skill (perhaps just insight), and the class feature Martial Training (analogous to Bardic Training except it works with Martial Artistry - formerly known as Practiced Study) . You gain mastery of 2 martial practices at level 1, 1 of which is ear marked as warlord feature practice and may use each tier a practice without any healing surge cost.
