Woah and I thought that DnD 5e Collector Giftset was expensive... That's crazy, I'm not the target audience at this price.

I actually had all of the original books and have run it in WFRP and converted the campaign to 3.5 edition and 4th edition D&D. I also had the Doomstones campaign as well and added it on to the end of this campaign right after Something Rotten in Kislev and before Empire in Flames.This IS one of the best campaigns written in any system. I then lost all of the books to Hurricane Harvey last year and the insurance company would not pay to replace the books because "I already read the books and so they have almost no value..."

Too bad I wont be able to afford these either. I really wish I still had them.

So the same 10 books will be available in normal edition. If other books are anything to go by, they might be around 30-40 on Amazon. I'll be buying those piecemeal as they come out!

The Core rules special edition sold out before it even was available, so this is to mitigate against that. You also don't have to pre-order all 5 sets, you can do one at a time. You'll also get emailed developer notes as they are written, if that's your thing.

I think only 5 books will be available in the standard edition (the adventures). The companions seem to be exclusive for the Collector's edition.
