Massive Web Update and cleanup!

The page seems sized for an 1024x768 screen resolution, because it's too big to fit on my screen without scrolling. Could you change the size to make it smaller (800x600)?

Hey, your doing a great job Leopold!
I thought i would help out a little.

There are 4 mistakes i found in the Lavernum piece. The guy that wrote this must be half-crocked!! :p

The Noble Houses title at the top of the page needs to be boldened/orange-ified!!

The Halls of Knowledge title needs to be separated from the section above it, then bold-faced.

There is an extra period in one of the sentences within the Sentinel write in the Organizations section.

In the Guild of Power, it reads that their knowledge is not for SAIL, instead of SALE.

An adjustment should probably be made the Elven Blood racial feat, giving it a +1 to Spot checks, instead of Listen. Since the Gnomish blood has that bonus. No need for them to be stepping on each others toes. :)

As for the racial feats, why do we have them? I thought we were just using the mixedblood rules for creating races?

And the main page's size is still too big. I can't see the menu on the right without scrolling.

Well at the time there was talk about having the feats as an option to the point system deal, i cobbled them together an threw them out there. :)

As for the War Adept, it was the first class i ever made and i had it stored a while before i even gave it to you guys. Looking at it now, i think it may need a little smothing out. :)

I like the way we have the bloodlines for this setting, it makes sense. The feats are not a 'must have' so we can worry about them at a later time. If you want to fix your class and send it off to me so I can then post it for review that would be fine with me.

leopold...
To address your query earlier in this post, use the black backgrounds
, they take less time to load. Also, some of the sidebar links on internal pages (ie: the map page) have a different set of links than the main page, they link to other (older?) versions of info that have that the other background. There are two versions of Skaukator, probably both the same , but if not we should find the updated one and kill the other.

keep up the good work.

ok so ENWorld black background for starters and replace the toolbar (bar to the right in all posts) with a better one. Gonna be messy to do this. Is there a way to have the toolbar be one big .html page and have it pulled and updated whenever? More along the lines of updating one page and not ALL the pages..

Yeah leopold, you could split the screen with frames. But I don't recommend it.
Other options are a links page or sitemap, (I could make a cool sidebar site map)

I think your best bet is to just check some of the existing links (like one a day, nothing has to happen overnight) and fix stuff that's no longer relevant. case in point, the links on the map page. Find them in the html. and pitch em.
That page doesn't really need links on them. If you want them to be accurate, just cut and paste the links on the frontpage into the other pages.

btw, are you free scripting or do you have an html editor?

well i for one like having a toolbar easily negotiable in all links that's the same no matter what page i use. I will probably copy and paste them.

Editor: Visual Studio .Net Great program that does a bit of free script and frontpagish material. I recommend it for any programmer/developer/web admin highly.
