Eden Studios' All Flesh Must Be Eaten is the 800 pound zombie gorilla in this space.
The most recent I know of is book 1 of FFG's End of the World RPG. I thought it had a rather interesting premise because as a default you're playing yourself.

My group was in the middle of a simply amazing zombie apocalypse campaign last year using Savage Worlds + the War of the Dead campaign setting. I may have had more fun playing in another campaign at some point in my life, but I'm having a very hard time thinking of when that would actually be.
Savage Worlds does many things well, but it's pretty much tailor-made to run Zombie Apocalypse.
If you want to add a little bit more "weird" and "supernatural" to the settings, the Realms of Cthulhu campaign setting is also fantastic; if you want more of a horror/grimdark feel, look at the Accursed campaign setting.

I'd recommend UKG Publishing's Year of the Zombie, but it doesn't seem to be available anymore. 
It used d20 Modern, which I've long considered to be a clunky system, but the atmosphere and writing were top-notch. If you wanted a campaign that kept a serious Walking Dead-style "you could die at any time" feel to it, YotZ was the RPG for you.

I've had Savage Worlds sitting on my shelf for quite awhile now, but have never gotten around to playing. I'll give it another look with zombies in mind. Thanks.

I'll see if I can track down Year of the Zombie. I've been thinking about using d20 Modern for zombie campaign. Thanks.
