But I thought I saw a new psionics book in the previews at Wotc a while agao, yet now I can't find anything about it. It wasn't the expanded Psionics, but another psionics book. Did I just have some wierd daydream/fantasy or does it really exist? Thanks!

WotC has not announced this, it was only dug up by entrepreneurial posters combing Amazon a while back. This means it's in the works, but the release date is not in stone.
