How do I make sure everything is on the up and up with the OGL with my d20 stuff. I want to make sure I am not violating any rules and whatnot when I finalize a few things I am working on, ya know. :D

Thanks ahead of time for the reply...

First off, be familiar with the open gaming license and more importantly, understand it. Secondly, make sure that anything you use from other sources is truly open game content and is properly cited in your Section 15 of the OGL. Thirdly, make sure that you are drawing your material from the SRD and not directly from the core books themselves (there are differences).

You can hire Ryan Dancy to check it over for you! The following is a qoute from an email of his ( from MUCH earlier in the year ) hopefully he doesn't mind me posting this here. If so, I'll edit the post.

"If you are interested in retaining my services on a consulting basis, my standard billing rate is $250 per 32 pages reviewed. My review will include a complete breakdown of your product's compliance with both licenses, as well as my suggestions on how to craft your declarations of Open Game Content and Product Identity.

Sincerely,

Ryan S. Dancey"
