D&D 5E (2014) MC Paladin/Sorcerer Smiting

Hi all,

Just a quick question: For the paladin ability to smite, it specifies sacrificing a paladin spell slot to do the 2d8 radiant damage (+1d8 per spell slot above 1st).

If I multiclass Sorcerer (Favoured Soul)...can I use those slots to smite?

Yes.

You can expend any spell slot, not just a paladin spell slot

Gets even more fun with Warlock spell slots.
