D&D 5E Medic/Sniper (Thief/Celestial Warlock): How much healing is enough, or too much?

When I saw Forge of the Artificer was up for preorder, I got excited and started thinking about Eberron-themed builds using the new dargonmarks. One idea I really liked was a primary healer/sniper using a Celestial Warlock multiclassed with a Thief and the Mark of Healing. The only problem is that I don't really know how to build a healer, so I'm not sure if I'm underdoing it or overdoing it on that front. I want to use the Warlock/Potent Dargonmark spell slots to do healer things, and use True Strike with Agonizing Blast and Sneak Attack when healing isn't needed. As an added bonus, this will make a solid face.

Stats (point buy): STR 8 / DEX 16 / CON 14 / INT 8 / WIS 10 / CHA 17
Race / Background: Not clear on how this will work with the Dargonmarks in the UA. I want Arcana or Calligraphy proficiently to write scrolls eventually. I'm open to suggestions.
Feat: UA Mark of Healing
Primary Weapons: Hand Crossbows (for now)
Skills: Perception, Persuasion (expertise), Deception, Stealth (expertise)
Levels 1-4: Rogue 1 - Warlock 1 - R2 - R3 (Thief)
Not much to say here. Pact of the Chain (for advantage) and Minor Illusion, True Strike, Hex and Healing Word for spells. Not a ton of healing yet, but I'll have one free cast of cure wounds and lesser restoration plus my SR pact slot.

Level 5: Warlock 2
Swap primary weapon over to an Enspelled Musket of True Strike (or a light Crossbow if I don't have any magic Musket yet). Take a useful ritual spell like Detect Magic. Agonizing Blast on True Strike for sure, plus Pact of the Blade for Musket Mastery, assuming I've got one by now. This lets me do the whole Fast Hands/Ready Action/Sneak Attack thing, but with agonizing blast for bonus damage. Also, 2 Pact Slots for healing now.

Level 6: Rogue 4 - UA Potent Dragonmark
This gets me False Life, Arcane Vigor, Prayer of Healing, Aura of Vitality and Mass Healing Word along with a 3rd SR spell slot for all my spells of the mark.

Level 7: Warlock 3 (Celestial)
Now I've got Aid, Guiding Bolt, Light, Sacred Flame, Aura of Life, Aura of Purity and I can pick up Cloud of Daggers and Misty Step too. Healing Light gives me even more healing.

Levels 8-10: W4 - W5 - W6
ASI #2 back on schedule, CHA hits 20. Take Repelling Blast for True Strike and One with Shadows for sneaking. I gain Daylight, Revivify, and Greater Restoration, and take Fly, Counterspell, Hypnotic Pattern and Hunger of Hadar. Finally, Radiant Soul gives another +5 to True Strike (as long as it's used on different turns).

Level 11: Rogue 5
Cunning Strike, Uncanny Dodge and 3d6 for Sneak Attack.

That's about as far as I've thought it through. At this point each True Strike / Sneak Attack is doing 1d12 (Musket), 6d6(1 from Hex, 2 from True Strike and 3 from Sneak Attack) and +15 from adding CHA three times for a total of 42.5 damage per hit. On the healing side, I've got one level 5 Dragonmark slot, plus my two level 3 Pact slots recharging on every Short Rest (and Prayer of Healing). The only problem is, I've got no idea whether that's too much or not enough healing. Would this be enough to act as the party's primary healer? Am I missing something? I'd love some suggestions. Thanks!
