Considering some of the Segasoft gear you pulled out of nowhere (a Black Ops minivan!), you might add in a level of Fixer for the Procure ability.
The adventure aims to emulate the "Tokyo Police, Cataclysm Division" episodes... Lots of Giant Turtles, Zombies, and Alien Invaders.
I am completely unconcerned about keeping the PCs balanced. Abilities and levels should be appropriate to what the characters can and will do in the storylines.

But hey, you do it the way you do it... though my build admittedly left out Profession because I simply forgot about it--I'm too used to Mimic, Stealthy, and Grease Monkey being two skills each.
