MEG's D20 Future setting

You mention Bravestar....

How about SilverHawks?

That was a campy kids space western (took place in space was very western esque, of course the sun was a big light that had a mechanic keeping it going, there was gravity everywhere & space was not a vacuum....)

Heh, old Saturday morning cartoons do have quite a sci-fi/western history. I'm going for a more serious tone, though.

...though the idea of a cybernetically enhanced marshal would make a cool illustration. Though there will be no talking horses who stand upright.

No love for Battlestar Galactica? Remember the episode with the rogue Cylon bounty hunter? Anyone?

This sounds great Moridin, really looking forward to it.

I agree. Wierd that none of the usual MEG crew have chimed in.

PAGING GREENBERG. MR. HAL GREENBERG TO THE WHITE COURTESY PHONE

I am having issues with my computer (at work now) and my cell phone (don't ask ;-) ), so I have been a wee out of touch, I know Doug told me he has e-mailed Rodney etc, but I am out of the loop, if either of you could e-mail the other and cc me and I hope to see it we can get on the same page, I am ready to start with art once I know there is art and when it needs to be done! And wen I can get my puter fixed.....so

Rosdney/Doug---e-mail each other---Thanks!!!!

Hey everyone,

I just thought I'd let you know that it looks like things have fallen through on this one. The MEG guys have been great and very supportive, but they've got a full schedule and I need more time to complete the setting than was originally planned for. At the moment it's a little over halfway done (and believe me, it's a lot of text!) so I plan to complete it and see if anyone picks it up when I do.

Thanks to everyone here for all the support. Seeing your interest in it definitely gives me the incentive to finish it up. Hopefully it'll meet your expectations.

STANG! That's just not fair! Any chance MEG & Kiln could work something out where Kiln could release it when you're done? Just curious. I KNOW this supplement would be fantastic! The subject matter (space westerns) is a fabulous idea (Long Live Firefly / Serenity)!
