Mentalism: Looking for Additional Material

I'm having an NPC return to the game that has been off-stage since 2E. At that time, he was designed as a Fighter/Mentalist using the Spells & Magic rules for Specialist Wizards. Bringing him back under d20, I'm looking to vamp-up the rules regarding Enchantment and mind-based effects.

To this end, I have the following products: Book of Broken Dreams (Netherland/Bloodstone), Dweomercraft (EN Publishing), and Joe's Book of Enchantment (Throwing Dice). Is there any other material out there (professional or homebrewed) that is worth looking at before determining and compiling the rules I'm going to use?
