So bac kto the XXXL T-shirt question... The system is based on medium size, e.i. seen from a medium perspective, so if the XL T-shirt fit a normal medium person, then a XXL would fit a large..
An ogre could say, "This is my normal T-shirt" while the medium human say: "Damn its XXL who made it?"
And as its a medium perspective, it doesn't change name according to who wears it, but stay as how a medium being would se it.
