Astral Admin - Mwahahaha!
I don't think this would really work, but I'm interested in the idea of a "merge spell" metamagic feat, which allows you to cast two different spells simultaneously. If the spells are targetted, then they must both be aimed at the same target. The spell takes up a spell slot equal to the level of both the starter spells combined +1, so a merged bulls strength and cats grace would be a 5th level spell. A merged mage armour and shield would be 3rd level.
The two spells would keep their normal durations and other parameters.
The only real purpose for this spell would be to prepare yourself more quickly when not hasted, and I don't think it would be terribly useful, but the idea of merging two spells together into a single spell is an intriguing one.
Can anyone think of a way of making this work, or shall I just throw the idea away?
