At times??? White is bane of my existence. My hats off to you, Friend.

The trick to white is not to use white. I'm only breaking that rule because R2-D2 here is a robot and his stark white color comes off as "natural" for him. If I was attempting a white cloth I'd start with some light grey and move up to white highlights. But white is something I still struggle with. I'm going to have to paint Darth Vader next so I can practice black.

Yeah I usually go ultra thin white primer and then wash. I’m too afraid to do anything else with white.
