Microsoft excel, what is the trick to get a cell to always round decimals downward?

Working on a black pudding varient that shrinks as it gets killed and the round down nature of D&D disagrees with the automatic rounding up of excel when it is told not to display decimals.

The excel function is ROUNDDOWN(number,number_of_digits)
