After the somewhat odd dream, one of many he'd been having over the last few weeks, Therion comes awake quickly. Checking that his weapons and other gear are secure, he turns to the rest of the group.

[Erenlander] "Has anyone ever been to this Paol before? Or has anyone ever heard of it? Towns and cities aren't the safest places to be for most of us. Nevertheless, I am prepared to leave when the rest of you are." [/Erenlander]

Tak hold the medallion in his hand, staring at it with eyes wide and a huge grin on his face. He was always one to be hopeful, but he never expected anything like this.

Turning to his companions, he asks, [Erenlander]"What stuff do you think we should take with us? Obviously the food would be nice, but should we take their weapons and armor with us or bury them so that they are not found?"

"I don't have any need for their weapons, and I doubt we could get the Orc out of the armor, but if we are going to a smith, and one who fights against the Shadow at that, then he may know of a use for them. Food, water, armor, and weapons. We could stuff it all into the backpacks." Tozin absently hefts one of the Orcish blades and eyes the large pile of steel scales and blades.

OOG: Go ahead and repost your characters in the rogues gallery. There is a thread there entitled...

Regan answers the elf. [Erenlander]"I have never heard of this town before."[/Erenlander] As the others are trying to figure out what to do with the spoils, the dorn stares blankly at the dead orcs. In a voice that shows no emotion he speaks. [Erenlander]"Take whatever you want. I would like some of their rations if they prove to be unspoiled. Once that is done however, we should burn them. Let their evil trail off with the smoke from their burning bodies."[/Erenlander] With that, he will help the group and begin to stack the bodies in preparation to burn them, including the human.

A New Morning

As you awaken from your dream you find that it is just before daybreak.

Kuk tries to help with anything he can. He seems to be a very agreeable sort, trying to please everyone at the same time. He grabs up several of the sets of armor and a bunch of the swords. "Kuk iz good pack mul."

You gather the bodies together and are ready to burn them. As you divide the equipment up, the sun is just beginning to peak over the horizon. You all wonder what will be next as you think about the strange necklaces you all now wear.

OOG: Please post your characters in the Rogues Gallery. Also for those that haven't done so yet, please update your characters sheets to second level. Also make sure you have posted your second level changes to the OOC thread.

Slowly walking up to the pile of corpses, Tashki reaches into her Herbalist pack and draws forth some Foulsbane. Grinding the dried root in bewteen her fingers, she throws the pungent dust liberally over the mound.

With a short prayer to the spirits to protect these minions of shadow from the even greater darkness of the Fell, she turns to the rest of the party. In her newly aquired Erenlander Pidgin Tashki murmurs; Time to burn. Time to go. Fire may bring strangers.

She gathers her belongings and awaits the rest of her companions.

Tozin takes one of the backpacks, wraps up four of the Orc blades in a shirt from one of the peasant outfits and places them into the backpack. He then adds 3 of the armors, shoulders his burden and prepares to head East.

Looking with obvious distaste at the pile of orc bodies ready for burning, Therion gathers up his belongings and prepares to leave. He has no interest in carting around any of the orcish gear so does not pick any of it up or offer to carry any of it.
