It gets better. Some DMs allow custom skills with synergy bonuses in addition to +2/+2 feats. If the DM allows this:

Knowledge (farming implements) 5 ranks
Knowledge (farming methods) 5 ranks
Knowledge (crop rotation) 5 ranks
Craft (farming implements) 5 ranks
. . .

Along with the 2/2 feats (Aerator: You have a special knowledge of different kinds of soils and how to work with them. You gain a +2 bonus on Profession (farming) and Knowledge (geology) checks.), your modifier comes to over +50!

Now we realy need the Epic Level Handbook for this, but let's brainstorm what this farmer could Take 10 to do (DC 60):

Farm a normal field: DC 10
Rocky soil: DC +4
Lacks appropriate tools: -2

No, that's just not enough. What would be the DC mod for farming in solid rock? Surely not much more than Bluffing someone that's you're a lamaansu, so perhaps +30 DC? That's still too easy - he'll do it on a natural 1.

Personality: Bob is mainly a b###h to everyone accept other farmers. He runs around the known world planting seeds and taking out Kings who abuse farms.
